I do and have. 500,000 miles of it in past 5 years.
Seeing a UA A319 has just 8 x F seats (2 rows) no airline is going to be any better or worse on short haul.
UA widebody 767/777/747 "Biz" seats all make ANY airline's 737/A319 or A320 "First" seats look like a joke.
