Of course, there is also a Pan Am 707 in the background of this photo.
Additionally, wasn't PA running a good number of 707s on many of its East Coast to San Juan flights in 1969? Routes like BOS-SJU, PHL-SJU... I also recall PA operating a Rome-Madrid-Lisbon-San Juan-Miami flight as part of a past question here - I just don't remember if my source was 1969 or early 70s...

BTW, it's a beautiful afternoon out here above the Pacific Ocean...
