Just finished a stay here. Booked via American Express FHR. Recognition was great and was allowed to check out at 4:00 p.m. they also allowed us to check in at 1:00 p.m. I found the food and beverage here to be excellent. The pool area, however, while beautiful is played with random mechanical noises, the noise of the monorail and the noise of the traffic outside. It definitely impacts the serenity of the location. The service was amazing. I would return again if the rates were reasonable but would not stay long given the fact that the hotel just seems so small without many amenities.
