Kind of reminds me of a number of years ago when I got a call from my Starwood Ambassador telling me she had noticed some weird activity under my membership number (somebody had checked into the Seattle Sheraton and she happened to know I wasn't in Seattle on that day). Long story short, they ended up issuing me a new membership number, which kind of irritated me at the time because I had the compromised number memorized.
