I'm getting a warning that my use in the past two weeks is excessive, account sharing is prohibited, and that I'm at risk of getting cut off. I get why: I'm planning a couple complex itineraries for my time off (actually just booked one) and the high demand season + partner award inventory issues mean I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for any space (i.e., I'm fairly flexible on destinations and airlines) that will actually work and price out. But it's also just me on the account and I'm only looking for myself (no companions). And obviously I only use the account when I need to travel with complexity the AC website/app can't really handle, hence minimal use generally and then sudden spikes "in a 14 day period" when it comes time to plan big holidays.
To avoid unnecessary strain, I keep the cache to the longest duration and try to limit searches to what I think could work, but obviously it's a lot harder these days to figure out possible options before you search -- who knows if EY will show up to make stopping over in AUH viable, and if it doesn't, whether it's just no seats and can be fixed by routing from a different origin or date vs all EY space is missing vs a married segment issue; repeat with TG/BKK, GF/BAH, BR/TPE, NH/TYO, etc.
Is there anything else I can be doing to still be able to try to find options for complex itineraries while not getting booted for "excessive use"?
