As indicated above, the key is checked baggage or not.
With global entry and carry-on only, I would be comfortable with any of those. Maybe slight preference to avoid ORD as some recent reports of backups on Intl arrival, even with Global Entry. (There is a lot of construction going on at ORD T5 and things are changing frequently).

If you have checked bags, go for the longer connection at EWR. If no checked bags, I would go for IAD.
