Well, the system for both CPAP and POC devices is that you call the contact centre in advance and "book" it into your reservation. But that doesn't match the post above where you contacted customer service, perhaps you need to draw their attention to the website. Anyhow it ends up as a note in your PNR, you can take a bag along with the CPAP (it would be virtually impossible to avoid that) and if challenged at the gate they can read the notes. I would still take a medical letter identifying your name against the CPAP, you probably have something already. The reason being that due to the healthcare economics of the USA, CPAP are much more common in the USA than in Europe / Portugal, where we would normally prescribe other pathways apart from CPAP as much as possible. So it's rare for these to show up at a gate outside the USA, and a doctor's letter or similar may help.

Hey does anyone have a link to how to reach them re the CPAP "booking"? I followed the link above and it takes me to the booking page. There isn't even a "contact us" or "customer service" menu option anywhere that I can find. I keep getting shunted to a URL with "lite" in the address that will only deal with new bookings. (Desktop, chrome browser, not mobile.)
