Basically you had 2 business class tickets and got downgraded to Y because of a flight cancellation.
Would be best if you had already printed the Boarding passes. But I guess that US BP are only available 24h before.

Agree that the superfluous information is not needed. Where, though, do I go to register the complaint? At the confirmation email (which states "if a problem click here for a refund" or is there a "Downgrade" webform I should use
