This is a IT mess up with BA Holidays

It has happened to me twice, when I have paid a balance the drop down menu (even though previously selected "personal credit card" defaults back to corporate card and charges the fee.

I have now twice complained to BA Customer relations who sadly could not grasp an understanding of the situation and passed the blame to myself and to Amex. I go do fed up I complained to AMEX who have refunded the amounts to my card and said they would take up with BA (though I somehow do not think anything will change).

The only solution on the day is to fill out the details, enter the amount and BEFORE you press pay go back up the payment form to the credit card section (where you will see it has changed itself to corporate card again) and use drop down menu to elect "Personal Card - no charge" then directly press pay.

It just seems to be another one of those annoying BA things that they cannot/will not change despite it being an issue for many months or even years
