Context
Booked this J award a few months back:
YYZ - IST (stopover for 3 days) - on TK
IST - SIN (Destination 7 days) - on SQ
SIN - IST (stopover for 1 day) - on SQ
IST - WAW (layover) - on TK
WAW - YYZ - on LO


Got a flight change notification that our IST-SIN segment has changed times by 1 hour. Doesn't really impact us too negatively, although some inconvenience.

Questions, given this change:
-can I change any other segments of the itinerary without incurring a change fee, additional fees, or additional points?
- can I change any segments to AC metal without any additional points or fees?
-Ideally looking at coming back to YYZ with a more direct route or at least not through WAW but still on J - any recommendations for routing back to YYZ from SIN or IST?
