Not that i'd be complaining. ABZ/LHR fares can be an absolute nightmare at times.
I think it went when EU/US Open Skies was signed, meaning that the Dallas and Houston flights could move from Gatwick to Heathrow - obviously shifted the connecting oil traffic away from Gatwick.
