Thanks guys. Pretty much as I suspected & I absolutely knew there would be challenges when I booked the ticket .

Incredible (& somewhat pathetic, frankly) that QR's system is so unfathomable that none of us can be 100% sure what's applicable in these scenarios!

My layover outbound is only 90 minutes, so not much time anyway & my inbound is 160 minutes so once again no biggie. I am (outbound) travelling with Mrs. NoY & she is on a much more flexible ticket (R/A or D/A, IIRC) so she's fine

BTW I have OW sapphire with BA & QR so will be catered for anyway.
