Note that you need to show your Priority Pass card (physical or virtual) -- and specifically the PP card attached to your Chase account. I had the Amex one in my Apple wallet, and that did not do the trick. Save yourself the grief and have your Chase-issued PP card at the ready.

(I had guests, so I couldn't rely on the Amex-issued PP card for the one-time entry.)
