I do this often. I shop first (i.e. Petsmart), get my total, buy the GC for exact amount on GC.com, wait about 1 minute to get the GC, and then check out on the retailer site. Nothing left over to keep track of later.
Whoa, I did not realize you can buy them for a specific dollar amount. That’s a great system.
