I use Expedia for nearly all my flights on foreign (I am a Brit) airlines. I have found them reliable and consistent and if I need to cancel, and have managed to buy a refundable fare, easy and prompt to use and refund. I can also pay in pounds. Although it is some years ago, when I had a problem with an Egyptian car hire company booked through them, they were very quick to sort out the problem and refunded me the cost immediately. I was very pleased with that response, especially as about six months later my bank did the same. I sincerely hope it was the car hire company who suffered this loss as they deliberately tried to charge me twice.
