No, not really, but mostly because I'm on LHR-ATH (or vice versa) so it's hard to upgrade anyway unless you have at least a month's notice, and it didn't help that when I had the pass, there was the pandemic response climbdown which led to a boom of travel (and people just paying for J or using their coupons really early).
