Excellent queue management for Groups 1 and 2 by a very helpful and positive Ground Agent at Gate B-25.
Just to elaborate on this outstanding gentleman … the Agent checking Groups at the 1-3 gathering. “This gentleman is the Ambassador for Group 1, so stand by him. Hello, ma’am … you are now the Ambassador for Group 2, so please stand over that side. Don’t park in the middle of I-10, keep the gangway clear for the Indy 500 of wheelchairs.” … There were a LOT of those pre-boarding.

So friendly, funny and totally efficient. PHX should clone his DNA and send it to BA!
