I had a 4 day point stay booked next May at the PHNY with a SUA for a (junior) King Bed Suite.
As member advanced purchased rates finally appeared I cancelled it and rebooked it with cash and contacted MHC to reapply the SUA.
Due to the endless negative feedback here on the poor junior suites and hopeless upgrade at check in to a premium one I asked her without hope to ask if it was possible to ask for a 1 Bedroom City View Suite. She spontaneously told me she will call them to ask and 30mins later emailed that they had confirmed it!

So unless they lie or give me one of these low floor fake premium suite I’m super lucky and looking forward to my first stay at the PHNY!
