What I do for pretty much any Cartera order is open up a tab, do all my shopping and get ready to check out, and then close the tab and re-open the link from AAdvantageshopping and go immediately to check out with everything already in my cart. I've had pretty good success with that working to have things be tracked.
Just to clarify, when you say "open up a tab" above, am I correct to assume you mean "open up a tab
directly on the merchant website"? Or do you mean that you are linking from the shopping portal twice?
