Had the glass noodle salad last night. This has become a bit of a go-to for me; it's actually quite tasty. Typically I've found the beef to be seared before slicing, so there's just a small edge of sear. In this case, it looks like they sliced before searing, and -- I really enjoyed it. Beef was seasoned well too.

That looks like the same soba noodle they used ex-TPA.
