This isn't anything to do with cookies and has been happening on and off for a couple of weeks now. Some IT 'upgrade' (no doubt outsourced) has clearly gone horribly wrong.
Apparently the original hamster has covid and the new hamster can't run fast enough in the wheel to power the whole system until its fitness improves ...
