ba.com is very busy at the moment...

I get that this post is no more useful or therapeutic than yelling at clouds, but how is ba.com so awful? All I want to do is log into my Exec Club account.

Click "Log In", top right.
Enter credentials.
"We are processing your information"
Get presented with a different log in screen asking for the same credentials
Try again
"Sorry. Ba.com is very busy at the moment".

Repeat.
Same thing

Repeat.
The final message is now "Sorry, something went wrong".

How difficult can it be to have log in functionality that actually works? Pretty much every other website I can think of can do it first time, every time.
