Where (and when) does the pre-order meal option appear in Manage booking? I can't see anything in Manage Booking for my HEL-ORD flight in 3 weeks time. In the "meals" section for his flight it simply says "Two meal services: A main course and a snack or light meal". Is pre order hidden somewhere else? Does it only appear shortly before the flight date?
