I got a notice on LinkedIn about AA’s new CTO, Anchal Gupta. I see she has a lot of financial institution background (Amex, Chase). I didn’t see any airline ops. My guess is the banking stuff is more relevant for AA these days. We can only hope for some good IT improvements.
