There's quite a bit of distance between the seat and the lav (even more so with 11F/K). Personally, I've never experienced anyone standing near the seat and this is over a great number of A350 flights in row 11. Of course, anything can happen on any flight I suppose. Row 17/18 is where you definitely do not want to be.
