I wouldn't underestimate this part. The restaurants can be quite booked up, especially during that time of the year which is considered high season. Better make reservations if you plan to use the hotel restaurants.

It's a really good idea. Especially with other restaurants in town. There are more restaurants than people, and at least this last season everyone was very under-staffed. It's always been an issue in Niseko.
