The truth is that no here knows exactly when it’s offered or not.I suspect that once you had an offer accepted on this PNR (your flight to SIN—it sounds like this is a CDG-SIN-CDG ticket), no monkey business (removing/adding different FF numbers) on that PNR would “trick” the system to not know that you already accepted an offer — now, whether that is even relevant or not, we don’t know.
By the time I got to SIN, all 4 seats were taken. Had seats still been available, I would’ve exited to landside to ask at counter. But asking them the hypothetical “why did I not get an offer in the app” at the busy departure gate after all the seats were gone seemed awkward.
On the flip side, I did have my 5cm thick camping mat that fits the BEST seats like a glove. It makes them really comfortable.
While I was setting it up, the purser came by and looked at it. She was very animated and loved it. She even took a picture with her phone! I told here it was La Premiere Lite.
We just finished breakfast and are about 60 mins out from CDG. I slept like a baby for 9 hours.
Mat slowly self-inflating.
Mat wrapped in the business blanket. My packable down pillow on top.
