Row 16 looks fine to me, of course things can change so keep a regular eye on the seatmap.

At OLCI don't print your BP incase something further forward becomes available and you can move. I'd avoid row 12 and 14 re window blanks. Not really any 'bad' seat in CS in my opinion.
