One of the ‘new’ British banks is apparently very close to being blacklisted in its entirety by Tourvest because they decline every transaction submitted after the flight lands. What’s supposed to happen is that they keep trying to bill the card until it’s either paid or the auth drops (7 days)… most banks allow it, but one does not, and Tourvest is losing out by quite a lot.
For the OP, BA won’t have anything to do with this as it’s not a payment to them. Tourvest may well blacklist your card, but they won’t know it’s you if you never try to use that particular one with them again.
