I doubt AF really cares about customer opinion. It will take a prolonged decline in LP sales for someone to start to examine why and maybe address the miserable state of LP wines... and whisky.

Had a long talk with a staff from P lounge that I know for several years now. AF is under pressure as a lot of clients (including myself) are complaining about lower wine quality and P lounge menu that has not changed for the past years...
AF is facing a strong competition by ADP with their "Meet & Greet service". That's one of the reason, they're going to renovate the lounge but not clear about how the access to the "suites" will be handled. ADP is trying to recruit a chef so they could offer high quality food as well; if that works, no one will be paying (including myself) around 700€ any longer for P lounge access.
