Preordered the beef enchiladas and I was fairly happy with them. Definitely a good size portion and filling with the salad/bread/desert in the mix. The rice was a little bit crunchy which can happen when heating up in a convection oven and moisture is lost. I would get them again though. Dressing came in this foil ramekin which was a little weird, at least it wasn't 10 gallons worth like they normally give you.
PDB of water or sparkling wine was offered as well as warm nuts. The FA for FC was the purser and he did a great job, it's when service is actually their passion!
