I've encountered this issue when the Hyatt reps search with 4 ppl occupancy, some properties have restrictions so it will show unavailable if you exceed the occupancy limits. Perhaps try have them search and apply the SUA with one traveler. Usually if the standard suites are available they should be able to see it and apply it. Goodluck!
I’ll try calling again, but my existing reservation only shows one adult, so not sure why the reps would assume four. Can it be possible that the property is playing around with inventory for suites?
