Air Canada changed my itinerary four times between booking and travel. The first few changes were fine, but the situation got progressively worse. Rather than accept changes that no longer worked, I opted to give it some time to see if things worked themselves out with what seemed like continuous schedule changes. I did wait on hold for several hours on multiple occasions, but ultimately was not able to speak with anyone.

The 1-stop via YYZ would have worked. When I checked, business class was unavailable on that flight.
