I have an award ticket booked online with miles for three passengers including myself. Can this be modified by an agent to drop myself from the ticket? I don't seem to be able to do that online.
Solved: found a way to do it online. One can cancel a ticket for selected passengers only.

I think you can still also split pax from a PNR online, then cancel the one with just that pax.
