There are no "multipliers" when flying on a UA ticket or UA operated flight (which I assume you are, since you mention "Polaris"). You earn PQP (and award miles) on UA based solely on fare paid. The earnings are described on both the booking page and under "accruals" in your reservation.

The only time you'll encounter a "mulitplier" is if you're flying on a partner ticketed, partner operated flight, where PQP are calculated based on award miles.
