Thank you for the feedback and suggestion. I think I understand what you mean about VIK. I just had a look at Casa Lapostolle... It looks very nice, but I don't find the setting as interesting as VIK's...and it's about double the cost. I'm now leaning toward the full board program at Casa Real Vina Santa Rita. The one bedroom suites there look quite special, and the reviews are solid.
