Had the glass noodle salad last night. This has become a bit of a go-to for me; it's actually quite tasty. Typically I've found the beef to be seared before slicing, so there's just a small edge of sear. In this case, it looks like they sliced before searing, and -- I really enjoyed it. Beef was seasoned well too.

Only issue is I didn't make the FA happy - I switched seats so a mother+son could sit together and it threw him all off his game... he made it abundantly clear to me he was very unhappy about that. Thankfully he was super pleasant the rest of the flight; think it just caught him in a flustered moment. We all have those once in a while.
