I touched on this a few months ago.

I'm staying at the Dulles Airport Marriott and TSA has 140 rooms rented out each night.

Thats:

7.8 million for the rooms per year.
2.6 million in perdiem per year.

Can't they just pay the local screeners a living wage?

Or,

Am I missing something?
