Hi. Heavy One world user here so not familiar with ANA. I booked tickets for myself and the family to fly from Singapore to Sapporo via Tokyo next February in business. I received an email today saying the SIN-NRT sector and the return is now being operated by Japan air. I have never heard of them and on doing some research it seems to be a new low cost airline with no business class product? Seat map still looks to show business but I am a bit worried I may have paid top $ for something which may not to turn out to be as advertised. Appreciate any insights from those with way more knowledge than I!
