I think there is an issue with the system this morning again (not that this is an unusual event these days...), tried to pay for a ticket change through GGL line and the agent's system wasn't accepting my card details so had to be transferred to a supervisor. Supposedly went through but waiting for ticket to now be reissued.
BA's booking system seems to have been in this state for months now. I find the website normally works eventually after multiple attempts but the iPhone app keeps falling over.
