So something like J6HGTS6 or DF0EXE02, and in that scenario the J would be a J booking class only for the first example. Both are business class tickets. The reason I query it is that usually J is the most expensive booking class (not to be confused with cabin class) and on a flight of 200 people it would be quite normal to have no-one on board with that booking class, even if there were 20 people in business class. But signing up to TAP's own programme does not prohibit you from using another frequent flyer scheme, it's just that TP's usual booking classes and ticketing structure doesn't transfer very well to other programmes. Generally TP credits within hours, not days so if your new TP account is still empty then there is an unclaimed credit in the system.
a bit off-topic but "J" is lowest class in TAP (except P - new one used when bid upgrade)
