In this case I agree although I did not push the $50 compensation. In general however I am quite (not extremely) satisfied with my (European) Centurion benefits, service and responsiveness. Not so much with the 'personal concierge/travel advisor' part as I don't see the added value there and I enjoy researching and booking myself. But that's for another thread perhaps.
