You get free seating selection at the time of booking with an infant so you'd be rather unlucky to get booted out as it'd either need someone to book or be rebooked last minute or the passenger hadn't selected a seat which I imagine is pretty rare too!

From my unscientific observations as well WT+ doesn't seem very popular with families with infants / young children generally
