I tried to apply a SUA to a stay which has cash and award rate standard suites available, but was told by three different Hyatt reps that there are no “SUA” suites available. This leads me to believe that some properties designate a certain amount of standard suites for SUA users. My stay is still a few months out, so I was wondering if there was any other way to see whether properties will accept tsu/sua without having to go through the member line?
