Question Etiquette Q: Swapping seats between classes mid flight?

Hi there.
This is a question I have often thought about but never had a clear answer. Now as I am facing a situation where I would like to do this I'd love to know what the rules are (and also the accepted etiquette is) around swapping seats between classes while inflight.

If I am in F class, and I have a friend/extended family family member in Business class (onboard the A380 with emirates) on a long haul flight (12hours plus+) is it possible to swap with my friend for a portion of the flight? Or is it frowned upon?

What about between First Class and Prem. Economy class?

And if total 'swaps' aren't allowed (or are allowed, but are frowned upon - in which case I won't do it as I don't want to be that guy especially when stuck on a metal tube for 12 hours!), what is the situation with visits?

I'm assuming it's fine for an F to visit a J (given F pax have to walk past J seats when visiting the onboard bar). But what about the other way around? What if there are 4 family members in F and one in J (lack of available seats etc meant they couldn't get a F seat). Would it be ok for them to come through and visit the F seats? Or is this something that should be ran by the FA and maybe only for brief visits.

And what about an F or a J going downstairs to visit someone in Premium Economy?

In all my years of flying I've never really seen (or paid attention too) these things happening. So I'm curious as to what the policy is or what the social norms are.

As always - thanks in advance
