Airfly the way to go. There are no Bluetooth headsets that have a permanently attached cord. That defeats the purpose of a Bluetooth headset.

the ones that do will have a detachable cord. So either way you have yet another thing to keep up with.

the Bose ones have a detachable cord. Airfly is a BT adapter that works really well. But either way you're going to be carrying at least one extra gadget/thing.

Another alternative is to use a non-BT corded set with a BT receiver for the phone/tablet.
