Disagreed. I've flown TATL on both AA and DL in the last few months, and noticed zero difference. AA was downright surly, and the DL crew was tepid at best. There's no "blowing by" going on from what I've seen. It's a race to the bottom now.

I wish I could "like" this 100x. I assume most business travelers put emphasis on timeliness (including minimizing connections) and arriving rested...and Polaris is leaps ahead of DL's narrow "suites" and AA's product in my opinion. I know FT thinks airplane food is manna from the gods, but in general the people "people the bills" never think about the "dining experience" they're going to get...that's an AvGeek thing and we should be realistic about it.
