It might mean you can't pick an exit row. I don't think their's a top end rule on age for this, only a lower, but who knows what evil lurks in the hear of the airline.
We are 65+, choose the "senior" selection and ALWAYS select (& get, when available)t exit row seating. If it ever was a policy it certainly isn't now or in the not so distant past.
