I had this exact same menu on my last stay. It was acceptable but I wouldn't have been thrilled with this if I was staying for more than 3 days (I'm not a big fan of pancakes or avocado toast, though I could work with them). Honestly, my only issue was that they were open at 7 AM (I had my first meeting about 7:45, so that didn't leave much time to eat and then walk over to the office).

I wish they didn't nerf the coffee benefit (it's now regular coffee but there was a nice set of accompaniments).

For a short stay (3 days or less) near downtown, I'd be pretty happy with it. With the Prive option, it was quite good.
