They should not offered this promo at all.
But now they've offered it, they should offer it to everyone
They should also amend the privileges so that the lounge is not overcrowded. This is regardless of whether this promo was offered or not.
Maybe they should do what Delta does and basically require that you cannot get lounge access, unless you are diamond medallion (i.e. superelite) or pay for a premium credit card.
